Pizazz Farm is a full service boarding & training stable located in Bluemont, Virginia.  We are dedicated professionals who will treat your horses as our own.  Pizazz Farm is a perfect location for boarders who want to spend private time with their horse no matter what their interest is: showing, training, starting a young horse, retraining an older horse, conditioning, competitive training, or simply enjoying your horse. 

 

TRAINING AT PIZAZZ FARM:

When you train with Marissa, you are getting much more than just another lesson in the ring.  If you are looking for a different approach and want different results than what you are currently getting, then Pizazz Farm is the right place for you.

THE BARN HAS:

• 14x14 stalls

• Hot & cold wash stall with heat lamps

• Tack room with washer & dryer

• Automatic fly spray system

• All paddocks equipped with run in shed & bi-yearly seed with orchard grass

• Regularly scheduled vet check ins

FULL BOARD INCLUDES: $800 / MONTH

• Board can be customized for each individual

• Management on the property 24/7, 365 days

• Quality grain 2x day (3 if needed)

• Rice Bran, supplements & medications as needed / wanted by owner

• Holding & managing for vet/farrier appointments

• Blanketing/fly masks and/or sheets

• Free choice hay  (2nd cut orchard grass) available at all times 

DAY BOARD: $30 / DAY

FULL BOARD + TRAINING: $1,500 / MONTH

• Training includes 4-5 days / week & 6 day/week grooming
